    GaylerdGUITAR is par excellence!
Website is very well done, and easy to navigate. The free tutorials are a great learning experience.
The prices for the other guitar tutorials are reasonable, as are the one-on-one lessons.
And like the website says, if you don’t see the song you want, Gaylerd GUITAR will come up with it, at no extra charge. That’s better than other offers I’ve seen.
I clicked on the link for the free tutorial for Margaritaville. I would feel no hesitation now in auditioning for The Coral Reefer Band!
These tutorials prove that Gaylerd knows a thing or two about putting that WOW! factor into guitar playing!

    Hello everybody…

I found Gaylerd and his awesome tutorials some weeks ago on Youtube looking for a lesson to learn Galway Girl by Steve Earl. There was a fantastic tutorial made by him even helping me as an advanced beginner on guitar. So I can recommend all the stuff at gaylerd.com in terms of the variety of songs, quality of teaching and pricing with absolutely no doubt. He is one of the best to be found on Internet and I appreciate all the work his has done for us guitar player all over the world!
Thank you so much Gaylerd and keep on recording in your “Studio” 😉

    With best regards from Nuernberg/Germany

Hello again Hardy, I was reading your comment again and I can’t help but grin, smile and laugh when I read your last line… … “keep recording in your STUDIO!” It is funny, because I know that you know my STUDIO is anything but! It is actually just an office/bedroom that is about 8X8. I sit at my office desk with my guitar in hand, where I have my computer screen, microphone, and mixer setting on top. I only have about 3 feet behind me and a white sheet clipped to two poles. I can’t move around much when I record or I’m out fo the picture! Too funny! Yea, that is pretty much what I call… a poor man’s “studio”. Too funny! I’m grinning and smiling even now as I am writing this. Hey, I really appreciate you sir, very much. Take care Hardy, good to have you as an observant fan Hardy! Take care! – Gaylerd

Hey everybody….. Here is a short message from a fan that I thought I would let you know about. He’s in the Colorado area so if you are looking for FLOORING, and maybe even a practice partner, hahah, give Wade a call. He sure seems like a nice guy. – Gaylerd

“I just watched your video on youtube of Danny’s song and will start trying that one out. I do like your method of teaching and would like access to your tutorials in full length so that I can learn more songs. I would like to get up to about a 100 songs or so I guess.
This really is just a hobby though that I think will never end and you seem to have a lot of song tutorials that I want to learn. Let me know what you think would be best, by the way,, I do like how you add in the christian flare.” – Wade

Hey Gaylerd I find your stuff very helpful – when I can get to it. The link in the members section for Friends in Low places takes you to the YouTube preview, not the full lesson.

    Hello Gaylerd,
Thanks for putting this site together. Its very helpful. My question to you is I wound like to learn Hotel California by the Eagles. Each of the videos in the library says they are “Previews” and I should come to the site to get the full version. I am a new member and am still learning how your site works. Where do I go for the full version? Do I need to request it even though it is not new to you? Please guide me through the process.

    Thanks,
    Ed

      Good morning sir,
OK, you are correct. Both of the versions currently in the library teach the ACOUSTIC opening lead riff. One of the tutorials has the TABS (38 minutes) and the other does not (21 minutes). But I can sure see how the title to the second version can be misleading as it says FULL VERSION which sure seems to indicate that the tutorial includes the verses and the choruses. I will correct that now. Also, I don’t want you to feel like I intentionally mislead you, so here’s what I will do for you. I will create a tutorial for the verses and chorus and send you the link. I am out of town this week so it will be next week before I can get that for you. But don’t worry, even if you are no longer a member I will send you special link that you can access. I don’t want you to be mislead and I won’t disappoint you intentionally sir. Thank you for being a member. Gaylerd

Thanks. I have been playing it without a capo and with one on 2nd fret. I kind of like playing without it. Was wondering how to do the bass run up to G at start and middle of chorus.

Good morning, I don’t have my guitar with me but as I remember, I do a walk up on the 6th string. starting open, then 1st fret, then second fret, then the G chord with a strong strum on the G. Hope that helps for now.
